The xx.

Un día que fui a casa de mi amiga Marii me mostró un grupo que se llamaba The xx, después de ver uno de sus videos no podíamos descifrar si la vocalista era hombre o mujer (haircuts can be confusing), ahora sé que es una mujer. Al principio no me llamaron mucho la atención pero después cuando los volví a buscar me encantaron. Son de esos grupos que cuando los escuchas un día no te gustan para nada y al día siguiente es totalmente lo contrario y los terminas amando. Eso fue lo que me pasó a mi con ellos. Además siempre tengo como una pre-disposición a que me gusten los actos británicos. Ese acento señores... 

Hi. Who the hell are you?

The xx are a Mercury Music Prize-nominated band from London, England. The band was formed in 2005.The group was originally a four-piece band, that met up at Elliott School, notable for alumni including Hot Chip, Burial and Four Tet. The xx became a trio when their keyboardist Baria Qureshi left the group in late 2009.

Sounds like: if valium or prozac were music this would be it.
